I started my first business at the age of 7 and I was hooked!

Across Fractional COO engagements, my focus is consistent: reduce chaos and increase follow-through by installing an operating rhythm that teams can sustain.

My education and advisory experience at the Rocky Mountain Innosphere in Colorado included structured accelerator training focused on strategy, customer acquisition discipline, capital readiness, and decision-ready executive communication.

I have learned so much in over 30 years as an entrepreneur. I have hired over 200 employees and coached over 1,000 businesses on how to use technology and create systems to run business more efficiently.

My hope is to pass some of the knowledge gained from my life experience as a small business owner to others who are pursuing the dream of freedom and to be their own boss!

I am a founder-operator and hands-on systems builder with 30+ years in technology and small business operations. My work sits at the intersection of execution, process, and measurable visibility: I turn fragmented workflows into a consistent operating cadence with clear ownership, documented SOPs, and a small set of decision-grade metrics.

I have built and run multiple owner-led businesses, including scaling a paging and cellular reseller operation to 5,000 subscribers and later operating an on-site IT service business that served 3,000+ residences and 1,000+ small businesses with fast turnaround and repeat referrals. I have led across marketing, operations, and product, including a startup COO role where I built investor-ready financial models (CAC/LTV, churn, burn, runway) and served as lead programmer for a customer platform.

Since 2009 I founded and operated AllProWebTools, a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to reduce tool sprawl and centralize operations for small businesses. The platform combines CRM, email marketing, task and project management, time tracking, content and blogging, inventory and shipping, invoicing, and reporting. That founder experience shaped my Fractional COO work: install an operating rhythm, build the systems that support it, and keep execution honest with clear reporting.

In client engagements, I focus on operating cadence work and systems installs: role clarity, accountability loops, workflow documentation, KPI scorecards, and follow-through mechanics. I am comfortable leading cross-functional coordination, rescuing stalled initiatives, and building practical dashboards and reporting when owners lack visibility into what is really happening.
