How it works

  1. Brain dump I listen as you explain all of the chaos and frustrations. I take notes and organize all of your thoughts into groups.
  2. Assessment I find patterns to identify the core issues and ask about attempts you have made to resolve the issues.
  3. Discussion I make suggestions for solutions and we discuss the viability of each. We come to an agreement on an actionable plan to resolve the issue.
  4. Solution Plan I document the entire meeting including the prescribed solution plan with bite-sized actionable steps for the team to implement immediately.

What's included

  • Intake and context review across goals, constraints, current tools, and team structure.
  • Workflow mapping for core functions (sales, delivery, support, finance, hiring, or product), focused on handoffs and failure points.
